What to Bring
- Well-fitted helmet (mandatory)
- Adequate water (water backpack or two water bottles)
- Snacks (nutrition bars, nuts/raisin mix, fruit, steak) -- whatever you like and are used to eating while riding
- Gloves
- Sunscreen
- Protective eyewear
- Other protective "armor" (knee, hip, elbow pads, etc)
